Sealcoating
Sealcoating is a treatment that protects your driveway and walkways from the elements. A layer of material is applied to the top of the asphalt to protect it. It protects from water, air, oil, and UV light damage.
Properly applied sealcoating can improve the look of your paving and make it last longer. It protects your driveway for up to five years, depending on your weather conditions. At that time, your driveway can be prepped and sealcoated again.

Sealcoating can increase the lifespan of your asphalt paving. It also helps with water runoff. The sealcoat layer protects and seals the asphalt. This prevents further cracking and chipping.

WHEN IS IT THE RIGHT OPTION?
Sealcoating should not be applied until your paving is completely cured. This is very important. Usually, it is advisable to wait 1 – 2 years after installing new asphalt.
